Mrs. Turner walked by hastily, almost running. She looked like she was doing something important, with a stack of paper under her arms and a determined, worried look on her face. A piece of paper dropped out from under her face, without her noticing it. A large built Junior picked up the paper, balled it up, and chucked it. At me. At least it was only paper, not an orange or apple core. You get used to it after a while, especially with awesome friends. Even if they chuck water at you too.
I unballed the paper, wondering if it would tell why Mrs. Turner was in such a hurry. Nope, just something about a test for our spanish class. I glanced at it again, figuring I might as well see what I got. Hm.... This wasn't a test I had taken. Actually, I knew some of these kids. Wait, Grace Duke wasn't even taking spanish. What was this?
It was titled: "Test Results for Test 24601:"
Then it just had a bunch of names. Several had been highlighted, but because it was photocopied, the highlighter just kind of smudged it all. I noticed that in the next row, most names said "Average Threat", but the names that were highlighted said next to them some degree of a threat.
Oh my. What the-- I had to show this to Annie and Paige. And quick. I couldn't be sure, but under three of the highlighted names, it appeared that it said:
l--------------l---------------l
l Paige Cavaliere l Code Red Threat l
l--------------l---------------l
l Annie Chamoun l Code Red Threat l
l--------------l---------------l
l Michael Perrotta l Code Red Threat l
l--------------l---------------l
